How to order
Orders
For all orders and enquiries, please use the order form below or send an email to order@baxterandbear.com. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours, however at very busy times it can take a little longer.
Orders must be placed with sufficient notice to prepare, which may vary at busy times. Please fill in the form to enquire; make sure you include products, quantities and pick-up date/times in your email/message.
Payment
Orders under £50 must be paid in full by bank transfer within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email to secure your order.
Orders over £50 can be paid in 2 - 50% deposit is required by bank transfer to secure your order and the rest can be paid a day before the collection date by bank transfer or cash on collection.
Collection & Delivery
We are based in Winnersh, RG41. You will receive the exact pick-up location and bank details in the confirmation email. Delivery may be possible within a 10-mile radius for a fee of £2-£5, depending on your location. Please send an enquiry with your order for more information.
Allergies
All cakes and tarts are made in our kitchen where all allergens are present. Therefore, there is a high risk of cross-contamination and we cannot guarantee that any of our products are allergen-free or suitable for those with allergies. We handle: Gluten, Nuts, Mustard, Celery, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Milk, Molluscs, Peanuts, Lupin, Sesame seeds, Soya & Sulphites. And thus, we have traces of every single allergen in our kitchen. Storage
All desserts should be stored in fridge in boxes so they do not absorb unwanted smells and should be consumed within 72 hours once collected. Please note that we do not hold responsibility for cakes and other desserts once they are collected so please be careful when transporting them.
